  1. This message is for anyone at the church that might be able to respond. I am a cousin to Mary Martha Taylor Hill and have not been to house since late summer or early fall of 2014. I attempted to contact her beginning the middle of December to take her out for a Christmas luncheon and discovered that her phone had been disconnected. I was under the impression that she still attended the church when she was able. I went to her house today and it is obvious that she is no longer there. Could someone give me any information about her (if she has passed away, is in assisted living or living with her brother Jay). I do not have Jay’s contact information so am unable to contact him. Please reply by email or phone at 423-753-9694. Even though we did not keep in close contact, she is one of my favorite cousins. Thank you.

  2. I would just like to “Thank-You” from the bottom of my heart for the cross ministry that you have…. My mother-in-law was put into Hospice at Wellmont in Kingsport. Her husband is 85 and myself and her son were at work, making arrangements, etc. and just could not be with her every minute of every day…. It was such a comfort to know that someone from your Church came and placed a cross around her neck – and I am sure prayed with her. Her passing was beautiful – we were all there and gathered round and were singing, “What a day that will be, when my Jesus I shall see….” Please don’t think this ministry goes unnoticed – Jesus told us whatever we do for the least of these we have done for Him! Blessed be the one who took the time to show His love and grace to our loved one……

  3. I wanted to thank you all for your prayers about my mother-in-law Theresa Covey. She is doing remarkably well . She has her last chemo treatment in 2 weeks. Her turnaround is a true miracle. Praise be to God.
