Lost & Found – A ministry of KCUMC Youth
Most of us are familiar with the story of the prodigal son? A wayward youth wanders far from his father only to reach the end of his rope. When the older son asks why the father is so happy when this son returns, the father responds, “But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.” (Luke 15:32)
The purpose of our Youth ministry is to connect teens ages 12-18 with their loving Father. It doesn’t matter where we’ve been in life or how involved we’ve been in the church, Lost & Found seeks to point all people to the fullness of life in Jesus Christ.
We have a time Weekly Discipleship (study, fellowship, and fun!) on Sunday from 6:00pm – 7:30 pm. At least once a month, we use this time to get outside the walls of the church and enjoy Christ-centered fellowship together in the community.
